The second half of season 27 I had the privilege to live in Völundsgatan in Vasastan, Stockholm, a time I’ll treasure as long as I live! Here’s a homage to the street, played out with long-time castmembers who came visiting from Norway.

A new show is born! This is the pilot episode of “Karusellvägen”, following the lives of three Norwegians in Karusellvägen, Stockholm:

I’m very happy to announce I will be working at SWE this spring! I’m looking forward to exploring new work processes, getting to know the crew and starting a new chapter!

Also, I’m granted free access to the ping-pong room! Although I heard some rumor about qualifying before you could use it. Good thing I was an ‘extraordinary’ player back in 1999!

Yeah, over the past few weeks the so called ‘long board’ has grown in popularity at Hyper Island. People swooshing past looking all cool. This is a warning to all; those things are dangerous! Never let a beginner on that death trap unsupervised.

(It’s been 2 weeks since ‘the incident’ and my hip still hurts)

In a plot twist no one could foresee, Magnus Karlsen returns to the show 8 years after his disappearance! Not seen or heard from since the 20th season when the show was based in Trondheim, Magnus claims his place this time starring as “the new room mate” in Stockholm.

Magnus had a recurring role seasons 15-20 as a high school class mate and finished off with a part on Kenneth’s The Umbrella Man 4 in 2002. Magnus relocated to Stockholm 2010 to study Audio Engineering and is a great addition to season 28 which definately will become more entertaining. Being robbed with a wedgie, tasting coffee for a living and getting clawed by a sex-crazed woman are just of some of the things he’s been up to during his absence. He also sings, check this out.

Cloudania was released last night by the Hyper Island Interactive Art Director class of 2010! After 4 months of work we had a great party at Bruno Gallerian, Södermalm Stockholm.

Cloudania is a digital nation in the cloud that feeds all the citizens’ online presence real time. Pictures, links, videos and tweets are constantly updated and gives us the possibility to continue to learn and be inspired by each other after our time at Hyper Island.
